Welcome to the 2027 Annual Family Conference!
On behalf of the 5p- Society and our wonderful Louisville host families, we extend a heartfelt welcome to you and your loved ones. We are thrilled to have you join us for a time of learning, growth, and celebration at the Conference for the Roses!
Whether this is your first time connecting with other families who truly understand Cri du Chat, or you’re a seasoned conference veteran, we are so glad you’re here. This event is more than just a conference—it’s a chance to learn from inspiring speakers, find encouragement among friends who understand the journey, and most importantly, build lasting connections. Above all, this is a place to know that you are not alone. There are other families walking this path alongside you, ready to support and uplift one another. Each year, I leave the conference feeling energized and encouraged by the incredible community we share, and I hope you will too.
Louisville is home to the Kentucky Derby, also known as the Run for the Roses—a tradition where the winning horse is draped in a garland of roses, symbolizing dedication, perseverance, and triumph. As we gather here, think of each conversation, session, and connection as bringing us one step closer to our own ‘roses’—a thriving, empowered community.

5p- Society Members
- Family Registration: $200 for up to four individuals in the same family. $50.00 for each additional individual. (After June 30, 2027 cost will increase to $300 for up to four individuals in the same family.)
- Individual Registration: $100 for a single individual. (After June 30, 2027 cost will increase to $200 for single registration.)
Non 5p- Society Members
- Family Registration: $300 for up to four individuals in the same family. $50.00 for each additional individual. (After June 30, 2027 cost will increase to $400 for up to four individuals in the same family.)
- Individual Registration: $150 for a single individual. (After June 30, 2027 cost will increase to $250.00 for single registration.)
