2025 5p- Society Annual conference will be in Salt Lake City.

Room rate: $169.00/night + taxes & service charges (rates guaranteed from July 7 to July 13 for those who would like to come early)(Please note that if you have more than two individuals in a room the price does increase — suggestion – don’t let them know you have more than two individuals).

Conference Registration: NOW OPEN
We have two different types of registration, 5p- Society Member and Non-Members. If you are not sure if you are a member, please contact Laura at director@fivepminus.org.
Member Registration
$200.00 Family Registration covers up to four individuals (adults and/or children) until July 1, 2025 will go up to $300 on July 2, 2025. $50.00 for each additional registrant over four(4) in the same family unit.
$100.00 Individual Registration until July 1, 2025, will go up to $150.00 on July 2, 2025. You will not be able to add any additional registrant to your registration.
Non-Member Registration
$300.00 Family Registration covers up to four individuals (adults and/or children) until July 1, 2025 will go up to $400 on July 2, 2025. $50.00 for each additional registrant over four (4) in the same family unit. Become a member and save $100.00.
$150.00 Individual Registration until July 1, 2025, will go up to $200.00 on July 2, 2025. You will not be able to add any additional registrant to your registration. Become a member and save $50.00.

Financial Assistance Program
Due to the amazing donations that we have obtained, we are happy to announce that we can fund five (5) Financial Aid Scholarships. Applications are now being accepted. The Scholarship will assist a family wanting to attend the conference but cannot financially afford it. The Scholarship will pay for the registration fee for up to 4 individuals, the family fun event and hotel stay for three nights. Deadline to apply is April 25, 2025. Recipients will be announced on or around May 1, 2025 at which time recipients will receive a special coupon code to register with.

Family Fun Event
We are pleased to announce that we will be heading up to the National Ability Center (NAC) for this year’s Family Fun Event. Your adventure awaits as you and your loved ones can participate in the following:
- Ropes Course (yep even our kiddos in wheel chairs can do this one)
- Bike Rides (they have adaptive bikes as well)
- Painting with Horses
- Archery
- Pickleball
- Rock Wall Climbing
- Lawn Games
- and more!!!
Lunch & transportation will be provided, but you are also welcome to drive yourself. (We will want to know how many families will be driving themselves).
Sibling Events:
We will have three events dedicated to the siblings:
- Sibling mixer on Thursday evening from 7-8:30
- Sibling Workshop on Friday morning or at the NAC
- Sibling outing on Saturday. This year the siblings will be heading to Boondocks for a day of fun. Six year old and older only. We welcome chaperones who would like to come. Lunch & transportation will be provided.
Hall of Fame Nominations
To honor that special parent(s), sibling(s), grandparent(s), or volunteer/superhero, who is/are true Champions of the 5p– Society, please fill out the below form and submit.
Please be sure to include all of the information, especially the honoree’s mailing address and phone number. Also, be sure to tell us how this person went above and beyond the call of duty for the 5p– Society. Awards will be presented at the 2025 National 5p- Society conference in Salt Lake City, Utah.
