For many families, the 5P- Society’s annual conference is more than an event, it’s the one place each year where our children are fully understood, our stories are shared without explanation, and our families feel truly at home.
In 2026, we are thrilled to welcome our community to San Antonio, Texas, where we will gather at the beautiful Marriott Riverwalk Hotel, located in the heart of the city’s iconic River Walk.
This conference is designed by families, for families. It’s a place where strollers, wheelchairs, AAC devices, medical needs, sensory breaks, and unpredictable moments are not just accommodated, they’re expected and embraced. Here, you can let your guard down and spend time with people who truly understand the 5P- journey.
Throughout the weekend, families will:

Room Rates: Book Early for our Exclusive $199 5P- Society Conference Block. Hotel phone number is (210) 224-4555. The 5p- Society has secured a reduce rate of $199.00++ per night for a standard double room (triple/quad is $209++/$219++ -fee charged for extra adults over 18).
If you’d like to come early for a vacation, the rate has been secured starting July 20, 2026 through July 26, 2026.

5p- Society Members
- Family Registration: $200 for up to four individuals in the same family. $50.00 for each additional individual. (after July 1 cost will increase to $300 for up to four individuals in the same family).
- Individual Registration: $100 for a single individual. (after July 1 cost will increase to $200 for single registration).
Non 5p- Society Members
- Family Registration: $300 for up to four individuals in the same family. $50.00 for each additional individual. (after July 1 cost will increase to $400 for up to four individuals in the same family).
- Individual Registration: $150 for a single individual. (after July 1 cost will increase to $250.00 for single registration).
Family Event: Morgan’s Wonderland – The world’s first Amusement and Water Park designed for and catered to guests of all abilities (https://morganswonderland.org/)
Financial Assistance Scholarships: Due to the amazing donations that we have obtained, we are happy to announce that we can fund five (5) Financial Assistance Scholarships. Applications are now being accepted. The Scholarship will assist a family wanting to attend the conference but cannot financially afford it. The Scholarship will pay for the registration fee for up to 4 individuals, the family fun event and hotel stay for three nights. Deadline to apply is April 25, 2026. Recipients will be announced on or around May 15, 2026 at which time recipients will receive a special coupon code to register with.
